The Keyless Store will only accept returns for the following reasons:
Items damaged or faulty prior to delivery.
Items supplied incorrectly.
Items failed to meet any applicable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Items that vary from their description on the website.
Application to return may be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Goods returned must be in a resalable condition in un-damaged packaging.
The Keyless Store will not accept returns if:
You simply change your mind.
Item was not 'what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. (We may exchange at our discretion).
Sealed package has been opened, or item has been used/installed. Faulty items will be covered under warranty policy.
Goods purchased and no longer required are only returnable at the discretion of The Keyless Store. If a return for credit is agreed to, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
